Our parent organization Jabula New Life Ministries International burns with a deep desire to share the Word of God with believers all over the world. To that end, the Luminary Institute will serve as the vehicle that will fulfill that desire. Not only will the Institute be a place for Luminaries to be trained and released – it will fulfill Jabula’s mandate to evangelize.
2 Timothy 2:2 says, “And the things that you have heard from me among many witnesses, commit these to faithful men who will be able to teach others also.” The Luminary Institute aspires to take a new and advanced approach to teaching the Word of God.
CERTIFICATES & PROGRAMS
Service and Leadership Certificate (Non-Degree)
The Certificate in Service and Leadership (CSL) equips students to serve in various ministries in a church through 8 courses over two years. The CSL is available to domestic and international students. The fully online format fits your busy schedule and allows you to complete your coursework from wherever you live.
Requirements
Bible (2 courses) – BI105 Old Testament Survey and BI106 New Testament Survey
History and Theology (1 course) – HT101 Christian Doctrine
Practical Theology (2 course) – PT115 Word and Table and PT116 Christian Leadership, Finance and Administration
House of Study Track (1 courses) – Leadership for Ministry or Kingdom Prayer
Elective Courses (2 courses) – Two electives

Theology and Ministry
The Certificate in Theology and Ministry (CTM) equips students for teaching, preaching, and leading in a church through 18 online courses over three years. The CTM is available to domestic and international students. The fully online format fits your busy schedule and allows you to complete your coursework from wherever you live.

Jabula Luminary tracks are available through United’s Master of Divinity and Master of Arts in Christian Ministries degrees, so you can pursue your studies through your program of choice.
